Thai Fried Rice

Thai Fried Rice

interested in to have something Asian? I know I know.... It looks fattening due to the amount of carbohydrates containing in this AWESOME dish. But I must say for a chef who is quite well known in Penang (Malaysia) for his Western Food, he really knows his way around to please his customers. Yes he is none other than James Foo.

My brother and I always have this when we head over to P.S.C. (Penang Swimming Club) either for dinner or lunch. It's quite a reasonable portion together with a reasonable price.

It's a delicacy of rice fried with a proportion of Tom Yam Paste (i think so) together with some chicken breast meat and prawns. Last-but-not-least, just for some decoration (makes it look slightly better for presentation) he tops it all with some greens and slices of carrots on top. If you think it's still not spicy enough for you, no worries ask them to fry it with some "Cili Padi" or ask for some additional "sambal". It's quite good honestly. You should try it.

If you are in P.S.C., do make sure u try it out otherwise head to his restaurant at Tanjung Tokong just somewhere opposite of Komplex Prima Tanjung.

Stomach felling empty? Having a huge appetite? Craving for MEAT?

Well if you do happen to be in town (GeorgeTown, Penang), try stopping by Mizi located inside of New World Park. 3 different type of meat covered with creamy thick black pepper sauce with an additional small helping of veges (to be honest, i barely eat greens). The texture of the meat is rather juicy and tender. Even with the plate is placed right in front of you, your mouth will begin to water up. I can say it was quite a good lunch. Hopefully the next time I head there, it'll still maintain the standard.

For service wise, I can say it's not too bad.

Introduction

Good day to all,

Thank you all for visiting my blog. It's just gonna be a brief blog. I created this blog just to share the places and food EXPERIENCE and TASTE with all of you viewers.

In the beginning all I did was posting up pictures of food (places where I have had my meal(s)) on my facebook album(s). A lot of my friends and family did encourage and motivated me to start off this blog. I am still new to this and so i hope that it (referring to this blog) does improve in the near future.

Well I hope those who do visit this blog, leaves a comment. I will try my best to brief you about the dishes that was being served and how it turned out to be.
